- ​Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies for approximately 9 hours
- Wedding consultation before the wedding day
- Emails and contact with the venue and other wedding suppliers before the wedding day
- Arrival 2 hours before the ceremony to ensure everything is set and ready
- Meeting with staff and management at the venue to discuss the running of the day
- Meeting with the couple to settle any nerves and discuss any last-minute touches
- Greeting and assisting guests upon their arrival and answering any questions
- Ensuring the ceremony is ready (whether celebrant or registrar-led)
- Calling for guests to be seated
- Seating guests and arranging seating to avoid any gaps
- Assisting with the organisation of the bridal party's entrance
- Taking over from the celebrant/registrar after the ceremony and giving instructions to guests
- Announcing the start of canapés and drinks
- Assisting the photographer with the gathering of family and friends for group shots
- Calling guests for the wedding breakfast
- Informing guests about the seating plan board

​Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies, 4 Hours: from £395.00

 

- Wedding consultation (before the wedding day)
- Introductions of myself to your guests
- Wedding Speeches or Wedding Breakfast announcement, whichever comes first
- Presentation of each person making a speech
- Interaction with the guests after each speech and a round of applause
- The traditional cutting of the wedding cake with cheers, countdown, and lots of fun for guests to take photos
- First dance, where I will invite guests to join around the dance floor, wave, clap, and cheer. I will introduce the new couple and the song. After a few minutes, I will invite guests to join them on the dance floor to get the party started.
